• Being a participant of Al-Sufriya intifada, he was arrested in the year (1977) for a period of One month, and for being a member of the Islamic Movement, he was arrested in the year (1980). Then, displaced to Iran as they gained the victory of the Islamic Revolution. He was a participant of the delegation who went to the Martyr Ayiat Al-Allah Mohammed Baqir Al-Sadr, and participated in the Shaabani uprising of the year (1991). Relieved his Kurdish fellows (Qalaat Daza) during the Shaabani uprising of the year (1991). A member and a manager of the Islamic Association of Iraqi Physicians, since establishment, for a period of one year. And practiced his career as a physician, then a Professor of Al-Hurra University of Iran/Quum.
• Was adopted as a physician by the pilgrimage-related campaign for a period of Five years.
• Has an extensive relationship with the Faili Kurds residing in Iran.
•  Was a member of Human Rights Society of the Faili Kurds in Austria with Prof. Abu Dawood, Malak Shahi, in coordination with Kurdistan Democratic Party/Prof. Dariot. He has an outstanding role for running the Islamic Cultural Centers of the Diaspora. He is distinctively sedate and wise in character, influential in management, intuitive in general affairs; and an efficient political analyst for giving a prospective outlook of political issues and International events in future.
• Practiced medicine in various hospitals for more than two decades and got a great medical reputation amidst the Iraqi migrants, displaced persons and residents since he has many professional services and interests, and for his loyalty to career and humanitarian and health care. Taken great care of the families notably of the martyrs, orphans, widows and poor people.
•  Presently occupying the position of the Minister of Migration and Displaced and has several activities:

- Has shown great concern of all the Ministry concerned-categories and acting accordingly to realize all their challenges by establishing committees and making agreements such as Emergency Relief Committee constituted to support the forcibly displaced families post explosion events of Samara shrine, a (MOU) has been also signed with the Government of Iran concerning the Iraqi refugees in Iran, and means were provided too for sustaining and improving their situations, a (MOU) was due to be signed with the Danish government about the Iraqi refugees there, he has also set a draft legislation and law regarding the (Iraqi displaced persons, migrants, IDPs, expatriated persons, refugees and Stateless persons) in addition, unjust laws imposed upon them have been abolished, since a review was made to all Iraqi ID and nationality certificate related-laws, and a statistical study was conducted to radically realize a solution to resolve all their problems, as a displacement policy has been also drawn up including field studies and proper mechanism to limit such a phenomena, and another study was conducted too on migration, management and development related-laws to attract high-qualified expatriated persons and refugees. He has cooperated and coordinated with the Ministries to confirm rights of the Ministry-concerned categories among which are the forcibly displaced families covered by the social security network of the (MLSA) and lots of lands have been allocated as well to the returnees of the displaced persons and migrants by the Ministry of Municipality and Public Labors, while rate of the specified residential units has been increased up to 30% since it was approved by the Ministry of Reconstruction and Housing. He has put (MODM) constitution into force to be recognized by the cabinet and approved by the Parliament, and has fulfilled the general framework of the national displacement policy – he emphasized on the Ministry capacity building staff performance through training courses and workshops to increase efficiency at work and find suitable solutions for the proposed issues.

- Has established centers for the Iraqi community at the Diaspora as legal approvals were obtained in coordination with the Ministry of State for Civil Society Organizations Affairs, and has paid great attention of the Arab & Foreign refugees in Iraq such as the Palestinians that the rental amounts of their houses were paid in an attempt to got an Iraqi nationality for (Bedouins) totaling more than (12.000) individuals, in addition to the Kurdish refugees coming from Turkey and Iran, and was dedicated symbolic gifts and medals and received the (Libration armor) by the Palestinian Ambassador, expressing gratitude and concern of the Palestinian community in Iraq.

Field Participations:-
- Has paid field visits for the Ministry-concerned categories, undertaken tasks of the (MoH) for Five months, and occupied the position of (Chairman of Sadr & Shuaala Reconstruction Committee).

- Participated in several migrations, development & workers-related Cairo conferences and symposiums hosted by the Arab League and has many research, studies & articles.
